Refund Policy

At QuickBooks Desktop, we provide instant access to digital products once your payment is completed. Because of this, we generally do not offer refunds.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only in special cases, such as:
Duplicate orders for the same product
Major differences between what was advertised and what was delivered
Technical issues that make the product unusable, despite our help
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the criteria, email us within 72 hours of your purchase at [email protected] with:
Your transaction number
Payment confirmation
Details of the issue
Requests made after 72 hours won’t be eligible.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are issued within 7 to 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.Non-Refundable Situations
We can’t issue refunds for:
Change of mind
Not reading product info before buying
User error
Requests made after the 72-hour window
